Earned PhD in INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING, the title of the thesis being „Researches within Industrial Systems Regarding the Microclimate Conditions From the Ergonomics’ Point of View”, after presenting the thesis on 2.11.2002 and following the Order of the Minister of Education and Research no. 3896 of 24.04.2003.
Prof. universitar dr. soc. Septimiu Francisc Krausz , personalitate academică marcantă a Universității din Petroșani, fondatorul și președintele Institutul Social Valea Jiului (ISVJ), a Asociației Institutul Social Valea Jiului (AISVJ) și “profesorul de suflet” a multor generații de studenți a încetat din viață.
